Sprinkle Denco’s Mint & Rosemary Glaze over moist meat portions and allow to stand for the glaze to develop.

Simple, visually stunning and full of flavours. This aromatic seasoning combines rosemary and mint with selected spices. When sprinkled onto cuts of lamb it forms a deep golden yellow glaze, highlighted with flecks of rosemary and mint leaves. A truly succulent and eye-catching glaze for any butcher shop window.
